Gobinda Temple

This Govinda Temple is a temple adjacent to the zamindar house in Putia upazila of Rajshahi district. The temple has been built like four chawls in Bengal. There are 2 roofs in the Dochala house, so you can find 4 roofs in this temple. Gobinda Temple is built in a square. Its length is about 34 feet long. There are three entrance paths on the north wall of the temple. There are 1 entry path on the east and west walls. 4 towers can be seen in the 4 corners of the temple. The walls of the temple are rich in terracotta design. In these designs, Randha-Krishna's love story, Ramayana, the story of the Mahabharata, the statues of gods and goddesses, animal figures, leaves of leafy leaves have been found. It is known that in the eighteenth century this temple was built.
